Windows XP with Internet Explorer
- If you receive an error, your folders load but are completely blank, or you only see your local computer drives then you may need to install the Microsoft update here.
- Web Folders works best with Internet Explorer 6 or 8. You should make sure that you have all the latest updates from Microsoft installed. Click here for the microsoft IE site.
Known Issues
- We recommend that you follow normal "safe practice" when accessing the Internet; use up-to-date antivirus software,
a firewall and anti-spyware protection.

- If you share your home computer with others, do not tick "Remember My Password" or "Save This Password" when prompted for your details.
- When you have finished using WebServices, make sure that you close all browser windows.
- You must log off from Windows to close your connection to Web Folders.
- It is NOT recommended that you use Web Folders on a public computer (i.e. a public library).
