Help documents
The documents below are available as either word documents or as pdf files.
- If you are using a PC then you need to have Windows XP or Windows Vista installed.
- If you are using a Mac then you need to have OS X v10.4 (Tiger) or OS X v10.5 (Leopard) installed.
- If you are using a PC and you recieve an error saying "Documents in this folder are not available", your folders load but are completely blank,
or you only see your local computer drives then you need to install the Microsoft update here - If you are using Windows Vista, you will need to prefix your username with SBLOCK\. (i.e. SBLOCK\username).

- If you share your home computer with others, do not tick "Remember My Password" or "Save This Password" when prompted for your details.
- When you have finished using WebServices, make sure that you close all browser windows.
- If you are using Internet Explorer 7, you must log off from Windows to close your connection to Web Folders.
