BRIT School Audition Success
We are thrilled to announce that the following Year 11 students have been successful in their application/audition for Performing/Media Arts BTEC National Diploma courses at The BRIT Sschool in London:
- Liam Hooper - Media and Film
- Sarah Vaughan - Theatre
- Louis Clare - Theatre
- Ben Colbourne - Theatre
- Jae Trevelyan - Theatre
They will begin studying in September 2010. This is a huge achievement on their part as places are limited and the audition/interview process exhaustive. The BRIT School is Britain's only FREE Performing Arts and Technology School. It is an independent, state funded City College for the Technology of the Arts, the only one of its kind dedicated to education and vocational training for the performing arts, media, art and design and the technologies that make performance possible.
The Drama department would like to wish these students and all of those moving onto Performing Arts courses next year success in their future training.
