Exam Results 2011
This Summer, our pupils achieved the highest results ever achieved by our pupils in GCSEs. We are incredibly proud of all the work by Staff and Pupils.
- A very impressive 10% increase in results from last year
- We had 187 A* grades
- 482 average point score.
- Over a half of our pupils gained 10 or more A*-C grades
Congratulations to our 2011 Highest Achieving Pupils in the school:
- Evelyn Eastwood who achieved 11 A*s and 1 A at GCSE together with an A grade in AS Mathematics
- Emma Dixon who achieved 9A*s and 3 As at GCSE together with a B grade in AS Philosphy and Ethics
- Aaron Maheson who achieved 13 GCSEs and and a B grade in AS Philosphy and Ethics
- Julia Palmer who achieved 14 GCSEs including 9 at A* or A.
- Emily Harris, who was nominated as Argus Outstanding Pupil of the year for 2010 achieved 9 GCSEs at grades A*-C.
