With all the parties that are coming up, it's hard to decide which of the fabulous dresses that are filling shops, you want to buy... BUT never fear my dears, Fashion Fix is here to help make your fashion vision clear again.
When buying a dress this month the key look is lace. Black, white, any colour you fancy, it is everywhere in the high street shops. This lace look is key in this seasons Goth revival, which has included tartan and a lot of black. To make lace work why not try accessorising with diamonds and pearls to create a classic look which is timeless.
Style Tip Number 1: Don't go over the top with accessories. Don't buy something that's way too busy or it will totally over-complicate your outfit.
Whilst the weather is slowly getting colder it seems to be getting harder and harder to wear a dress during the day without freezing... but another key trend that is smart and warm is the ever so chic jumper dress that I am loving this month. Also, layering is still as popular as ever. That cute little Kate Moss Topshop tea dress would look great with a polo neck jumper underneath and a cardigan over the top.
Style Tip Number 2: When wearing a jumper dress, style with a woolly pair of tights and knee high boots.
Remember whilst we all love to look good, it is important to look good without catching hyperthermia. Anything can be transformed by adding a hat and scarf combo. A nice hat and scarf can transform any outfit from drab to fab in seconds. This minor attention to detail can lift an outfit and make it look like a fashion statement and less of a necessity.
