Counselling - Development Work & Links
Increasing interest in emotional literacy in staff and trainees has opened the way for further training in counselling skills and the use of circle work with tutor groups. Peer mentoring for staff and students has been piloted and proved successful in evaluation studies. Building on this work will be part of the on going improvement of the service. |
